Our Story
We are a Malaysian-focused online gaming platform with a clear purpose: to deliver the most reliable, fair, and entertaining gambling experience to players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, and every corner of the country.
Who We Are
Scrplay888 was built from a single, straightforward observation: Malaysian online gamblers deserved a platform that truly understood them. Too many international operators listed MYR as an afterthought, buried local payment options inside generic menus, and offered customer service that operated on the other side of the world in a different time zone. We decided to fix that.
From day one, Scrplay888 was designed with the Malaysian player at the centre of every decision. That means MYR as the primary account currency with no conversion fees or exchange rate surprises. It means supporting Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong — the exact same payment tools Malaysians use every single day. It means English-language support delivered by a team that works on Malaysia Standard Time, not halfway across the globe.
The platform covers the full spectrum of online gaming — live casino, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL gameweeks, and UFC events), classic and modern slot games, crash games, lottery products, and more. Every product on the platform has been selected based on one criterion: would a Malaysian player genuinely enjoy this?
"We are not just a gambling website. We are the gaming platform that Malaysians can actually call their own."
Today, Scrplay888 serves over 250,000 registered members from Kuala Lumpur's city centre and Bangsar all the way to Penang's heritage districts, Johor Bahru's southern corridor, and the suburbs of Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam. Our daily payout volume exceeds RM 4.8 million, and we process thousands of withdrawal requests every 24 hours — mostly to e-wallets, typically within 30 minutes.
Our Journey
Scrplay888 officially launched as a Malaysia-focused gaming platform, prioritising MYR accounts, FPX banking integration, and an English-language interface designed for local users.
Crossed 50,000 registered accounts within the first year of operation, driven by competitive football odds on EPL and Liga Super Malaysia, and fast e-wallet withdrawals that players could trust.
Rolled out a fully responsive mobile platform, allowing players to access live casino tables, place football bets, and manage their MYR wallets seamlessly from any Android or iOS device.
Expanded game catalogue past 2,400 titles across slots, live dealer, and sports products. Introduced BTC and USDT crypto deposit support, opening the platform to a wider audience of digital asset users.
Scrplay888 now serves a community of over 250,000 verified members across Malaysia, processing RM 4.8 million in daily payouts and continuing to refine its platform based on player feedback from our community.
What Drives Us
Everything we build, every product we add, and every policy we set is guided by four principles that have been with us since launch.
Every product decision starts with a single question: does this make life easier for our Malaysian players? If it doesn't, we don't ship it. If it does, we refine it until it's right.
We publish our bonus terms in plain English. Our RTP figures are verified by third-party auditors. We do not hide fees in fine print. You always know exactly what you're getting with Scrplay888.
Fast platforms keep players happy. Our infrastructure is built for low latency, our e-wallet withdrawals typically clear in under 30 minutes, and our uptime target is 99.9% — even during peak EPL matchday traffic.
We take problem gambling seriously. Scrplay888 provides self-exclusion tools, session limits, and deposit caps as standard features — not as an afterthought. Our platform is for adults aged 21 and above only.

Local Commitment
Scrplay888's commitment to Malaysia is not a marketing tagline — it is reflected in operational decisions we make every day. Our customer support team operates on Malaysia Standard Time (MYT, GMT+8), Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM. When a player in Johor Bahru has a question at 11pm on a Friday, there is a real person available to help.
We monitor Malaysian football calendars, public holidays, and local banking maintenance windows so that deposit channels and promotions are aligned with how Malaysians actually live. During major EPL transfer deadline days or Liga Super Malaysia finals, we have additional support capacity on standby.
Our responsible gambling framework reflects Malaysian legal and social context. Scrplay888 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above only. We provide voluntary self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, deposit limits, and session time alerts as standard features accessible to every member.

Platform Foundation
A game catalogue of 2,400+ titles including live casino, slots, sports betting, crash games, and lottery products — curated with Malaysian player preferences in mind and updated regularly with new releases from licensed international studios.
SSL encryption, KYC verification, independent game audits, clear bonus terms, and a responsible gambling framework built into the platform architecture. Trust is not a feature we bolt on — it is the foundation we build everything else on top of.
Instant MYR deposits, fast e-wallet withdrawals, mobile-optimised design, and a support team operating at Malaysian hours. Every friction point that existed on older platforms has been identified and removed from the Scrplay888 experience.
Scrplay888 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Online gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a way to generate income or resolve financial problems. Set deposit limits, take regular breaks, and never chase losses.
If you feel your gambling habits are becoming a concern, voluntary self-exclusion and support tools are available through your account settings. You can also reach out to our support team directly via live chat at any time.
