These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and Scrplay888 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your registration, access, and use of the Scrplay888 online gaming platform accessible at scrplay888.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or services.

To register and maintain an account on Scrplay888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person in connection with your Account or any bets placed therethrough.
• You understand that online gambling involves risk of financial loss and that the Platform does not guarantee winnings.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Scrplay888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same person, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly whenever it changes. Scrplay888 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify Scrplay888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Scrplay888 will not be held liable for any losses incurred through unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.

Scrplay888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT).

Deposits: All deposits are processed in MYR and credited to your Account wallet. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are disclosed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Scrplay888 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the Member's Account.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on any Bonus Funds must have been satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a verified payment instrument registered in the Member's name.
• Scrplay888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request.
• Standard processing time for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, DuitNow) is 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and incentive offers made available by Scrplay888 are subject to specific Bonus Terms that accompany each offer at the time of publication. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that particular offer.

The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted based on jurisdiction, account history, or payment method used.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the Bonus Expiry period. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Maximum bet limits apply when using Bonus Funds. Bets placed in excess of stated maximums (typically MYR 250–500) during a bonus period may void the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Scrplay888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse is prohibited and will result in account action.

All bets and game outcomes on Scrplay888 are determined by the Platform's systems and, in the case of sports betting, by the outcomes of the relevant sporting events. Scrplay888 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of odds or the outcome of any sporting event, game, or competition.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member.
• Scrplay888 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on erroneous odds, technical errors, or market data discrepancies, and will refund the stake amount to the Member's Account in such cases.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Platform's records shall be conclusive evidence of the relevant transaction, subject to investigation and review.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories.
• Live sports betting odds and markets are subject to change in real time. A bet is only confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance by the Platform's systems.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, event, and game type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Scrplay888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and/or forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events covered by the Platform's sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to live poker or other table games.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN, proxy, or similar tools to mask true geographic location.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by underage persons or persons who have self-excluded.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct toward Platform staff or other Members.

Scrplay888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• The Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful activity in connection with the Member's account.
• KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe.
• The Member is found to be under the age of 21 or to have provided false age information during registration.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires restriction or closure of the account.
• The Member requests voluntary self-exclusion through the Platform's responsible gambling tools.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., material breach), Scrplay888 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, free bet credits, and any winnings derived therefrom. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scrplay888 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activities on the Platform.
• Technical failures, system downtime, connectivity interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond Scrplay888's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account arising from the Member's failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market data subsequently corrected under the terms of Section 7.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers (including but not limited to Touch n Go, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or other payment processors).

Scrplay888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Members is governed by Scrplay888's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Scrplay888 collects personal data including, but not limited to, name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, financial transaction data, and device/IP information for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and ongoing account management.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via Malaysian payment methods (Touch n Go, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, GrabPay).

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any transaction on the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection or financial services legislation.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact Scrplay888's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The Platform undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated period, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution procedures. Scrplay888's internal records, including transaction logs, bet histories, and communication records, shall be treated as prima facie evidence in any dispute proceedings.
